To those who sit High and Mighty in Your Calling within The Five Fold, listen up!!! Are You High and Mighty because You think that You Control your church? Or That You have Large Numbers? Or Because You Think that You are Untouchable because of Your Calling? Makes no difference to which area or even another that You Fit In, but, if You are Not a Servant, or I should say, If You DO Not have a Servants Heart then You Have and Will miss the boat!!!

I do not care if You have 10,000 People but, You need to Humble Your Self, as well as Your Staff and other Leadership! I Hear A Command To Humble Yourselves before Jesus and The Congregation!!!

Matthew 20:25-28 KJV

“²⁵ But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. ²⁶ But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; ²⁷ And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: ²⁸ Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

The Greatest thing that a Leader can Learn, is to be a Servant With Compassion! If The Son Of God came Not to be Served, then, Why Are You? Is it because You have been taught that Your Word, Your Direct is Law, which if done in the Right Context is Not Wrong, but, What You do is Wrong!!!

There was one time that I was dressed up in a suite going to church and I seen someone who needed help with a flat tire. I stopped and went and change their tire for them, well in the Process I got My Suite Dirty. My Wife at the time chewed me out for getting it dirt, I told her that it did not matter, if I need a New Suite, then Jesus will provide, but, even if He does not, doing What The Holy Spirit lead me to do, was far more important!!! She did not Understand and was mad for days.

At this time I was In Leadership, but the point, I did Not Hesitate to be A Servant No Matter How I Was Dress nor My Calling!!!

There was another time I went to a church meeting, was not in a suite be was dressed nice. The meeting concluded after about two hours. Some people just got up and walked out, while others were stacking chairs and moving. I started helping them and one of the men who was helping as we, ask about me. At that time I was a Pastor of a small church, when the gentlemen found out He was not only Surprised in what I was doing but said that He Should Be Serving Me and I Reproved him, because of False Teaching!!!

Again, it matters Not What Office I Hold or Do Not Hold, What Matters is the Godly Servants Heart that Action is Secondary without Thought!!! If you continue to Set Upon A Pedestal, then You already have Your Reward…

Matthew 6:2 KJV

“Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.”

There is another Reproof to You Leadership! Just because you help in a bake sale, car wash event, Bible School, or a soup kitchen, these are NOT A Servants Heart that I am Referring to and they do Not Count as such. A Servants Heart Acts Spontaneously without Thought! They do not worry about what others may think, but You Care only What Jesus Thinks!!!

Some of you take the following Scripture as Your Excuse Not To Serve…

Acts 6:1-4 KJV

“¹ And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration. ² Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. ³ Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. ⁴ But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.”

Most miss the Understanding of these Scriptures, it was not that the Disciples were Not Willing to Help, but, they had been sent on a Specific Mission Be Jesus and what was needed at the time, would have taken away from What They Were Commanded. It had nothing to do with a Servants Heart, Nor Pride! I Understand this, for me, I am Called an Apostle To The Church In These The Last Days Of The Gentiles, I will Not Allow Comments, Opposition, or Any Thing or Any Man, Woman or Child take me away from What I have been Called To Do. BUT, again I say BUT, let there be anyone who Needs Help and The Holy Spirit Moves Me To Help, without Question, it is done. But there are those who are reading this, this is Not The Case, but you have allowed Pride and Arrogance to settle into Your Hearts!!!

Matthew 23:1-12 KJV

“¹ Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, ² Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: ³ All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. ⁴ For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. ⁵ But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, ⁶ And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, ⁷ And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. ⁸ But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. ⁹ And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. ¹⁰ Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. ¹¹ But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. ¹² And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.”

Some of You Exalt Your Calling….that is if You were even Called!!! You make demands that You Yourself would not do but expect others to do so!! When is the last time You Swept a Floor, or Mopped a Floor, or Taken out the Trash, or do manual work around your church??? But again, these things do not Make A Servants Heart!!!

Do want to Know of a Church that has a Servants Heart, it is the one who goes a mows one of congregations yard, or clean there house, fix things broken within their house??? See, a Church that has Leadership that has and is Teaching On Being A Servant, will Act Always as a Servant Of The Most High!!!

Some time ago, I tried to institute The Gifts Of The Church to be Used Within The Church. Now this was before I am where I am, but, my Finding was this…

An Electrician would not help someone who had Electrical Problems without Compensation or just would Not Do It. Or a Plumber could have helped someone with the Church and refused to do so. Or a Roofer who could have help someone within The Church, but again refused to do so. Or a Carpenter who could have helped someone in The Church and refused to do so. The list goes on, the point, this church does NOT have a Servants Heart, nor Does the Leadership!!!

Acts 2:40-45 KJV

“⁴⁰ And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. ⁴¹ Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. ⁴² And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. ⁴³ And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. ⁴⁴ And all that believed were together, and had all things common; ⁴⁵ And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.”

Acts 4:32 KJV

“And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”

This IS THE CHURCH!!! Now, do not Miss this, they had All Things Common because of a Servants Heart and God was showing that His House Should Not Suffer…We are The Temple Of God!!! We do not need to Sell Everything, times are a bit different now, but, THERE SHOULD BE NO PERSON WITH IN THE CHURCH…THAT HAS NEED, regardless of What it is.

Jesus gave the Greatest Servants Heart Example…

John 13:1-8 KJV

“¹ Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end. ² And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him; ³ Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God; ⁴ He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself. ⁵ After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded. ⁶ Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet? ⁷ Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter. ⁸ Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.”

Again, most have taken this as dealing with Leadership Only and that it is a Private Task, but I tell you Jesus was trying to Teach What it meant to be a Servant. Now, if Jesus did not Show the Disciples, then, the Disciples could not have Shown Anyone Else, nor Would they have Understood it and would have turned into the Scribes and Pharisees  in their actions.

So, this is the Command I Hear! Leadership humble Yourselves and Wash each others Feet in front of the Congregation, then Wash Your Congregations Feet…one by one. When you are finished, The Holy Spirit will Write Upon Your Hearts what it Means to Have a Servants Heart….then You will See To All The Needs Of The Church No Matter what it is!!! This will be an All Day Event for most, do not Lack in doing, there is a Godly Work At Hand!!!
