God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit will be Glorified in All Things. The very Creation of All Things are to God’s Glory, even as He Made Adam in His Image and Eve after Adams Image.
“26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Genesis 1:26-27
“And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
Genesis 2:7
“21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; … 23 And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.”
Genesis 2:21, 23
We find that even in Satan, that is, Lucifer was Created to Glorify God in Heaven, he was an Angel having Power and Authority. But since Lucifer’s Fall, God has still used him to Glorify His Name.
“17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. 18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.”
Luke 10:17-18
“7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
Revelation 12:7-9
“6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. 7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. 8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?”
Job 1:6-8
There is a lot more that went on with Job, then what I am writing here, that through the attacks that Satan did against Job, God still was Glorified. Job never denied God in all of his attacks which brought Glory to God in the mere fact that Satan could not Brake Job to curse God.
How many of you would Glorify Jesus in your infirmities?
We find in Scripture that there are times when Illnesses where Made To Glorify God…
“When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.”
John 11:4
The Father used His Enemies to bring Glorification to Him, by allowing the Enemies to take His People into Captivity. God will use Anything or Anyone to bring Glory to His Name, rather in Captivity or even in Death or Illness.
“And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy’s hand.”
Psalm 78:61
“1 Now a certain [man] was sick, [named] Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 (It was [that] Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.) 3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. 4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. 5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. 6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was. … 14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. 15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. … 17 Then when Jesus came, he found that he had [lain] in the grave four days already. 18 Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: 19 And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother. 20 Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat [still] in the house. 21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give [it] thee. 23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. 24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. 25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? 27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. 28 And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee. 29 As soon as she heard [that], she arose quickly, and came unto him. 30 Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him. 31 The Jews then which were with her in the house, and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goeth unto the grave to weep there. 32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, 34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 35 Jesus wept. 36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! 37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? 38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. 39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been [dead] four days. 40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up [his] eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said [it], that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. 45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.”
John 11:1-6, 14-15, 17-45
Our goal, our purpose is to bring Glory to God, in Jesus that the World may know that God Is God. That no matter what we go through Jesus still sets on The Throne and Leads Us to His Glory.
We know that The Father used Elements to bring Glory to His Name…
“9 When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast [it] before Pharaoh, [and] it shall become a serpent. 10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.”
Exodus 7:9-10
“And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:”
Exodus 13:21
“Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.”
Psalm 96:3
We know as well that Jesus Our Lord did likewise, using Elements to show that He Is The Son Of God The Father.
“22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead. 23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. 24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep. 25 And his disciples came to [him], and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. 26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. 27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!”
Matthew 8:22-27
“25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. 28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth [his] hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. 33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.”
Matthew 14:25-33
We know that The Father Created Manna after the dew of the morning to feed Israel day by day did The Father do this.
“13 And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host. 14 And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness [there lay] a small round thing, [as] small as the hoar frost on the ground. 15 And when the children of Israel saw [it], they said one to another, It [is] manna: for they wist not what it [was]. And Moses said unto them, This [is] the bread which the LORD hath given you to eat.”
Exodus 16:13-15
We, Brothers and Sisters, need to Understand that God will be Glorified in whatever manner that He Chooses to do so. It can be Sickness, Death, Hunger, using whatever Elements that suits His Purpose. We, Brothers and Sisters, need to Learn to Glorify God In ALL THINGS, good or bad it makes no difference. We need to understand that whatever we go through in this Life, we need to Look Beyond to Glorify God, in Jesus. Too many think that All Things have to be Good In Nature, believing that God would not Do or Allow bad things, from our understanding, to come against us, but this is a lie. It is through these things that God Receives His Glory. He takes our Weaknesses, our Frailness and turns them into His Glory…if we Allow Him To Do So.
We only see what is Directly In Front Of Us, only those things that the Eye Can See. For the Blind what their senses can perceive. But God, knows the Beginning to the End, Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega knowing exactly how things Can Turn Out. We have to Learn To Live Beyond Our Knowledge and come to The Understanding that God, The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit Know Everything. They see a Path and They Know the end there of, whereas, we can only see where the Foot Lands.
In Hebrews it says that Our Faith, is In Hope Of Things To Come, yet they are Not Seen. The Glory Of God is in Our Faith that He Is God and we are His Children. This World, is not our Home, nor does it Represent our Home, but in its current state, it is the Opposite. Where we will go and reside, Satan and the Heathen will Not Be Allowed to partake. There will be No Evil, No Death only being filled with The Presence Of God.
When Events hit your Life, stop, think about How God Can Be Glorified in your situation and then do your best to see it through.
“The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.”
Psalm 97:6
Amen and Amen!!!
Be Blessed in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Our Lord and Savior!!!
