Warfare, Possession and Oppression

Greetings Brother’s and Sister’s, In The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ Ruler Over All Things!!!

Brothers and Sisters we are in a War and this should not be new news. We have been fighting against Satan and his Demons since Adam fell. Through the Ages the Tactics of Satan and his Demons have changed the Look Of The Package, but the Package is still filled with Demonic Control. In the Church today, very little is Said or Taught about the Warfare that we are in, yet the Bible gives us a number of encounters. We need to understand that Satan is the Leader of the Demons that we encounter. We need to also understand that Demons have Names and usually are associated to their task, but not always.

Before we go any further, most of the Scriptures will be from the New Testament, there are Scriptures in the Old Testament but the Translation is a little different in understanding. I will give one Scripture in the Old Testament only that we may understand that Satan and his Demons have been around for a long time.

“¹⁶ They provoked him to jealousy with strange [gods], with abominations provoked they him to anger. ¹⁷ They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new [gods that] came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.”

Deuteronomy 32:16-17

You need to understand the difference between Possession and Oppression. If a person is Possessed that means that a Demon or Demons have Entered into the Body of that person and now has 100% Control Over that person. That means Voice, Mannerism, Distortions and Manifestations. A Possessed person has no longer a Free Will but has been taken into Captivity by Satan through his Demons. Possessed people cannot Hide themselves from the Presence of Jesus, but must Obey Jesus in whatever He Says. Let me also make it very clear, that a Blood Bought, that is, a Person Saved By Jesus CANNOT BE POSSESSED, but, they CAN BE OPPRESSED!

“²⁷ And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in [any] house, but in the tombs. ²⁸ When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not. ²⁹ (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the devil into the wilderness.) ³⁰ And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him. ³¹ And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep. ³² And there was there an herd of many swine feeding on the mountain: and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into them. And he suffered them. ³³ Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.”

Luke 8:27-33

We can see clearly this man was Possessed by Demons and that they made up a Legion, that is there were a number of Demons that had entered into this man. They Controlled everything about this man in every way. We need to understand that at the Authority Of Jesus, Satan and his Demons have No Authority, but must submit to The Authority Of Jesus.

Possession can happen at any age and can be brought on by many different avenues. For one example, those who play with Ouija Board are opening themselves to a Demonic World and by doing so can be Possessed. Another example is a Household that is involved in Evil Rituals or doing Evil things can open doors for Demons to come in and Possess a person within that household.

We must also understand that this can deal with animals as well. As we look back at the last Scripture we see that Jesus sent the Demons into the Swine’s to Possess them, causing them to be driven to suicide. I have encountered in my life time many that have been Possessed that would have done bodily harm to me if it had not been for The Name Of Jesus.

Another thing we must understand that an Object CANNOT be Possessed, but CAN have a Demon Presence or a Godly Presence with it. It is like Oppression but it is with an Object. An Object has No Spirit of itself, but can Accompany A Spirit, whether of God or Satan. Two examples, the Godly Presence as when the Arc that held the Commandments had God’s Spirit with it and a Demonic Presence is in an Ouija Board. Both have not Souls, but both have A Spirit with them.

In today’s society, Demon Possession has been explained away in a number of categories, such as Diseases, Birth Deformities, saying someone is just Odd or has unusual Quirks. All of these could be a Demon Possession, but not all of them are. The Mental Hospitals are full of people, young an old that are Demon Possessed and Demon Oppressed. The Church today does not Teach nor does it involve itself with such matters, but has explained it away even as the World has. Most do not know how to deal with a person who is Possessed, but know that there is something wrong about a person.

Now about Oppression. Oppression is an Evil Spirit or Demon that can Surround a Person Controlling Their Environment. It can also be being led down the wrong Path Of Life. Oppression is similar to playing catch with a ball in one sense. Someone first has the ball and then throws the ball to another person having Them Catch The Ball. Satan and his Demons can Oppress someone just by Throwing A Thought, an Idea at someone, then that person Accepting The Thought or Idea and Acting Upon It. This is one form of Oppression.

“²¹ From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. ²² Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. ²³ But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.”

Matthew 16:21-23

We find that Peter was Oppressed by a Thought that Jesus did not have to Suffer and we find Jesus Rebuking Satan, not Peter for the Thought. Oppression is the Widest Arena that we will encounter, because it can be to the Saved and Unsaved alike.

We must understand that Oppression can take many different forms, but always Lead’s Us Away From The Truth and Away From God.

Oppression has another Characteristic, that is, Demon Oppression can mimic Possession. The difference is Possession is from the Inside Out and Oppression is from the Outside In, both having a Controlling Factor. Possession you have No Free Will but are Subject to the Demon, in Oppression you Have A Free Will To Accept or Reject what the Demon is wanting you to do.

Oppression is like taking a Fish out of a large body of water and placing it into a Confined Little Area Of Water, such as a Fish Tank. The Fish Tank in this example is the Oppression that is Placed Upon the Fish. Human example, let’s say that you lost your job and then you are flooded with Thoughts of Despair. Instead of you Seeking Jesus as The Answer, you start to Entertain those Thoughts of Despair, you Act upon them, by taking Any Job to Take Care of Your Need. Now that Job is Filled With Ungodly People, Ungodly Circumstances, such as, taking a Job as a Bartender. Now you have become Oppressed By Demon Subjection. Your Thoughts, Your Actions are now being Dictated By Demonic Choice, that is, You Choose to Act Upon the Demonic Influence and by doing so, have become Oppressed By Demons. Demon Oppression can make you Think and Act out of Godly Character having your Choices Influenced By Demons. Usually, but not always, it will take a Godly Person to help them break free from Demonic Oppression. Now can Jesus Break this, Yes He Can, but usually uses other Believers to Help in Breaking Free.

Oppression is a very dangerous animal; it can lead to thoughts of Disbelief that Jesus is Lord Over Your Life and if not dealt with can lead to Blasphemy Of The Holy Spirit, which there is No Recovery From. But before it ever gets to that point Jesus will send the Blood Bought into Battle, but, as always, it is That Person’s Choice to Accept or Reject the Truth. If we Choose to continue to Live in the Direction that we have been Oppressed By and have not Blasphemed Against The Holy Spirit, then we will be left to that Oppression until the Day Of Judgement. This does not mean they have Lost Their Salvation, but it does mean they will have to Answer For Their Oppression.

I have Experienced All of these in People, Animals and Objects, both Possession and Oppression. In all of the churches that I have been in, not one has Taught these things, but Jesus through The Holy Spirit has Taught me every one of these things, not by Word Only, but by Encounters with them all.

The Scriptures tells us that we are in a Warfare, that we Battle Satan and his Demons on a Daily Bases, but…how many of you Believe It!

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

Ephesians 6:13

My Brothers and Sisters we are In The Evil Day, Every Day!!! Satan is taking the World by Leaps and Bounds and taking some of the Blood Bought as well. We have been given the Power and the Authority Over Satan and his Demons, but it seems that few are fighting in the Battle, instead we would rather fight against each other, which is a Demonic Oppression in itself.

The Scriptures tells us that Satan is like a Roaring Lion looking for those whom he can Kill, Steal and Destroy, this is an Every Day Occurrence!

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.”

John 10:10

“⁸ Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: ⁹ Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. ¹⁰ But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].”

1 Peter 5:8-10

We must Understand the Battles that we are in, to be able to Stand Steadfast, to Walk In The Spirit Of God, Overcoming The World and Satan. We are told by Scripture to Take On…to Take On The Armor Of God. It is a Choice!

“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

Ephesians 6:11

The Wiles of the Devil, of Satan, are All Of The Oppressions that can hit us, and it Equips Us to go into Battle Against All Possessions of Satan and his Demons in Every Circumstance! But, you must Know Your Enemy, you must Know How and Why his attacks are so severe. We Must Understand that it is Not Flesh and Bloody that we do Battle Against, but it is the Anti-Christ Spirit, that is, Satan and his Demons that we battle. We Must also Understand that Satan is in Every Corner of the World, Everywhere we go, we will Encounter his presence, and we must Learn to Recognize it.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].”

Ephesians 6:12

Principalities are those areas that are Ruled By Satan and his Demons, this can be People, Places and Things. We Fight Against Satan’s Powers, over his Influences Every Day. We must understand that these Battles we are in are Demons who have Rule in this World To Control, to Satan’s glory and finally, we must Understand that there is a Spiritual Hierarchy that Rules Over Important Positions in this World.

We are to Stand Up and Fight, but many of you have laid down your Armor and have given up, by doing so, you have allowed Satan to Control Your Path. We need to Understand that the Kingdom of Heaven is taken By Violence, it is not taken by those who choose to do nothing.

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Matthew 11:12

One of the Biggest Battles is within the Church, that is, The Blood Bought. The Biggest Oppressions is in Denominational Differences that have Split Believers. It is not a Denomination that Saved you form The Lake Of Fire, it is Jesus and Only Jesus. Our Warfare is not with each other, but it is against Satan and his Demons. Brothers and Sisters YOU have Allowed Satan to Distort, Destroy, Change and Corrupt EACH OTHER! Satan is out to Destroy Any Thing that and Everything that points back to The Father, he does not care how he does it, and he does not care how long it takes to get it accomplished.

The War is Won, The Blood Of Jesus has taken care of that, but we are still WITHIN the Battle To Gain That Victory! So many of you would rather Give Up, than to Fight. You have left Husbands, Wives, Children, Brothers, Sisters, Jobs, Land and Church that God has given us and have given it over to Satan for Control. Then, you turn around and cry out to God for Him to intervene and He WILL NOT! But has given you over to that which you have Allowed Control To.

I can go into Battle for Any One, for Any specific Thing, but it always comes down to the Choices that Person Makes. I can Rebuke and Bind Satan and Pray for Hedges of Thorns around them and ask for Angels around them to protect them, but it will always come down to Their Choice! I must always Understand that. But I must also Understand that unless I Stand Up and Go Into Battle, they will not have a Choice and then I become Accountable For My Actions Of NOT GOING INTO BATTLE! Jesus did not Save you for you to be to yourself, to be Stuck Up, Jesus says we are like a Candle that Lights a Room for ALL To SEE, that it does NO GOOD TO HIDE THAT LIGHT For ANY ONE!

“Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.”

Matthew 5:15
