Change Is A Must!

Change Must Happen!

 

 

“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.”

1 Corinthians 9:24

 

My Brothers and Sisters we Run In A Race against Time, against the Adversaries Plots to undermine Our Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus, The Christ, and the Work Of The Holy Spirit. We must do all that we can to undergo Change, not only for our sakes but even for those who are around us that we Bare Witness that Jesus has Saved us from the Evils Of This World. That All That We Do and All That We Say will be a Living Testimony to All.

 

In order for this to happen we must Make Jesus Lord of our Lives and we must Surrender Our Will to God’s Will. It is not easy to say “NO” to Self and we Can NOT do it on our own, but it takes a willingness on our part to conform to God’s Will, to Allow The Holy Spirit to Teach Us and Direct Us in the Things Of God.

 

“Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.”

Luke 22:42

 

“For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

Matthew 6:21

 

 

“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.”

Mark 8:35

 

You, my Brothers and Sisters, can measure your Relationship With Jesus. How do you Conduct Your Selves In Every Day Life? Is Jesus always your First Thought, or is He an Afterthought, or, do you even Think On His Will at all? All of you Part Time Christians are going to be in for a rude awakening. Jesus Demands Full Attention In All Things concerning your Life. He is NOT a Part Time God, But is The Son Of God The Father whom Died IN YOUR PLACE and Rose Again giving us Everlasting Life In Heaven with Him!!!

 

“Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.”

Proverbs 7:2

 

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

John 14:15

 

“If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.”

John 15:10

 

Now what is it that I must Change…EVERYTHING! Divide everything into Two Categories and only two. Everything in this World and Heaven will fall into one of these two categories. The Two Categories are these: God’s Will and Satan’s Will, these are the only Two Categories, Man’s Will falls into one of these.

If I … If I ….. If I …….. then that is the Direction That I Have Chosen. God The Father, since our Creation has given us a Free Will to Serve Him, to Make Decisions, to Choose Our Direction and God…Will Let Us Do, Say or Go wherever we Desire. A Godly Person will Always Ponder For God’s Will, not only in Their Life, but also in The Lives Of Others, Seeking God While He is Yet Found!

 

“⁵ Behold, thou shalt call a nation [that] thou knowest not, and nations [that] knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee. ⁶ Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. ⁸ For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD. ⁹ For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. ¹⁰ For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: ¹¹ So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper [in the thing] whereto I sent it.”

Isaiah 55:5-11

 

 

We must consider every moment of the Day The Lord Jesus’ Will. For those whom are Truly Saved By Grace will do this, they will have a Draw In Their Spirit to Do God’s Will. If you do not have this Draw, then you MUST Seek The Lord Jesus that YOUR DESIRES CHANGE to be HIS DESIRES! Jesus will not force you, YOU MUST SEEK TO CHANGE, it will not just happen on its own!!

 

“¹ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. ² And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Romans 12:1-2

 

This is a Foundational Scripture for All Those Who Seek God’s Will, that is, they must come to a Realization that Who They Are, Is NOT What Gods Desire Is For YOU! We MUST CHANGE! We cannot continue to Live our lives as we choose to, but must Ask, Seek and Knock for God’s Will IN ALL THINGS!

 

Let me give you a personal example. Usually on Sundays, after my morning prayers, I start to write the Message that The Lord wants me to write. This morning, after my prayers, I had a desire to make my wife and I breakfast and I was going to do that after writing this message, but The Holy Spirit said, to do it before the message…so I did. Now what is the signification of this … I DO NOT KNOW but this ONE THING, God Said! This is MY Relationship that I have With God, He Speaks, I Do or Say! It is not up to me, that is, If I Surrender To HIM and DESIRE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM!

 

Does this mean that I will never fall or that I will never fail to do His Will? NO it does not. It is always a Battle Every MOMENT OF THE DAY to Do God’s Will In MY LIFE! You ask why? If I am a True Vessel of God then Satan Hates me and everything that touches my Life, because again, if I have Surrendered My Life to Jesus, then ALL THAT I AM IS IN IN IN IN HIM!!! Satan Hates you even as he Hates God The Father!

 

Two things you must understand, firstly; that there is always a Battle that rages inside of you to do God’s Will, and the second thing; you are not alone to Fight This Battle. Paul said it best in the following Scripture.

 

 

“¹ What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? ² God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? ³  Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? ⁴ Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. ⁵ For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of [his] resurrection: ⁶ Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. ⁷ For he that is dead is freed from sin. ⁸ Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: ⁹ Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. ¹⁰ For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. ¹¹ Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. ¹² Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. ¹³ Neither yield ye your members [as] instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God. ¹⁴ For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. ¹⁵ What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. ¹⁶ Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? ¹⁷ But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. ¹⁸ Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. ¹⁹ I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.”

Romans 6:1-19

 

As I have said, we do not have to do this by ourselves, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to Teach Us and Direct and Guide Us in to God’s Holy Will for Our Lives.

 

“¹⁶ And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; … ²⁶ But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

²⁶ But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:”

John 14:16, 26 & John 15:26

 

God is ON OUR SIDE! He wants us to Do His Will, but we must be willing to Change and to Do His Will Change Is A Must, it is not a Choice any longer! If I Proclaim The Name Of Jesus As LORD and SAVIOR then He MUST BE in ALL Attributes of my Life! Too many people pick and choose what they will allow God to take control of and if that is you, then you DO NOT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM!!! It is similar to having a Relationship with my Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Wife, Husband, in order for me to Have A Relationship With Them, then I must Know Them, be A Part of their Lives, be Willing to make Changes For Them, but With God IT IS so much MORE SO!!!

 

As always, the Choice Is Yours! But this I know, you will have NO EXCUSSES when you stand before Jesus, you will not be able to say you did not know. The Bible is a Relational Document, it allows us to Draw Close to God, to Know Him and His Attributes with The Holy Spirits help and now I have told you likewise.
